• Certification Details
• RN License required.
• BLS required.
• Care Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred.
  • Job Details
  • ASAP START, 2+ years of Case Management experience required.
  • Shift: 0800-1630.
  • Weekend rotation of one weekend day every 3 weeks.
  • A day off in the week is given to substitution for it to maintain the 40Hrs a week.
  • RN License required.

  • DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE.
